Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Missoula or Bozeman, MT

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Digital Marketing leader responsible for all marketing, demand generation and lead nurturing strategy and execution. The successful candidate will achieve results using marketing content and tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations. The Marketing Manager will execute online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. The digital marketer will be responsible for using site analytics to identify opportunities; develop, prioritize and schedule testing hypotheses and ensure all tests are executed accurately.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive traffic which ultimately generates Inbound Marketing pipeline and Sales Funnel.
  • Translate ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas.
  • Ensure content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising & outbound emails.
  • Marketing automation for inbound web leads, email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Conduct analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs.
  • Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making.
  • Apply statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations on optimizing the user experience and help drive business outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles.
  • E-book writing, whitepaper editing, and blog writing
  • Assist with developing and executing strategic PR campaigns and initiatives
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive insights, including engagement rates, customer satisfaction, delivery of value proposition, conversion rates, and profitability of marketing initiatives.
  • Researches and evaluates new technology trends and identifies new optimization opportunities.
 

Experience and Skills Required

  • MBA or BA in Marketing Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or data driven degree
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in digital/content marketing, ideally with a B2B tech company, media firm, or digital agency
  • Hands-on experience using content marketing and marketing automation (e.g., SalesForce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.) to drive measurable identification of qualified prospects
  • Self-motivation and entrepreneurial drive, with an appetite for working in unstructured environment
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload and juggle multiple work assignments simultaneously
  • Highly collaborative attitude, with a strong commitment to team members and client impact

Inside Sales Professional

Location: Bozeman, MT

Who We're Looking For

As an Inside Sales Professional at Orbital Shift, you are the first person to interact with our prospective customers. Our Sales Team work directly with our customers to enhance their overall user experience and expedite their understanding of Orbital Shift's workforce management solutions. Inside Sales Professionals are responsible for outbound and inbound calls, emails, and requests for information. We are looking for people who have a rare combination of talents who contain technical acumen, business comprehension, and ability to effectively communicate with anyone from anywhere.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Management of the first prospect conversation via email, chat, phone calls, and webinars.
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling online demo meetings.
  • Meeting daily outbound call and email quotas (30+).
  • Providing guidance and best practices on the implementation and setup of Orbital Shift applications.
  • Work with the Marketing, Client Success, Development and the Executive teams to identify/resolve all issues that could impact conversion rate and satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate Orbital Shift’s products and how it benefits prospect’s organization.
  • Become proficient in Orbital Shift’s discovery and sales execution process to ensure prospects are properly vetted and connected with the right resources.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in sales, communication, technology related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge and abilities to successfully perform job requirements.
  • Experience in prospect facing sales & service role that includes sales and application setup and delivery at both the business owner and executive levels.
  • Entry level experience in sales, lead generation or outbound calling.
  • Knowledge in technology sales, SaaS implementation, mobile apps or cloud software.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with prospects.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Director of Software Engineering

What You'll Be Doing

  • Motivate, grow and evaluate a team of developers through strong mentorship, development of training plans, and ongoing oversight of their effort.
  • Support software development by taking on development tasks and debugging technical issues.
  • Assist with preparing work plans, budgets, and time lines.
  • Create technical requirements and documentation (functional specs, tech specs) for prospective engagements.
  • Collaborate to create test plans and ensure thorough quality assurance.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of software development experience including team lead responsibilities.
  • 4+ years of managing engineering teams.

  • Passion for technology and acquiring new knowledge, and the ability to readily adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience in database design, SQL and creating stored procedures and views.
  • Knowledge of Web application security, web services and SOA architectures.
