Paul McCartney Concert Staff Uses Web-Based Time Clock from Missoula Company
Large scale special events require months, if not years of planning, weeks of executing on those plans, and ramping up staff to meet the need. When the Paul McCartney tour announced a stop in Missoula, Montana this is exactly what happened.
Montana Software Company Records Hours for 350 Workers
A record breaking crowd of 25,000 fans packed into Washington Grizzly Stadium, to hear the legendary Paul McCartney in Missoula, on August 5th. This was an exciting but massive undertaking for one of our clients, the University of Montana Athletic Department. To accommodate a crowd of this size, they needed to quickly scale up their staff numbers, and our software needed to scale with it. From ticket takers to ushers, security to parking, and everything in between; the final count for UM’s temporary staff hit approximately 350 workers, and nearly 600 for the entire show.
Customer frustration with existing systems that are overpriced and hard to manage has driven Orbital Shift to build an intuitive and affordable cloud-based time clock software system. Businesses can now manage their scheduling and workforce from any iPhone, iPad, Android or web-connected computer, saving managers and staff significant headaches, time and money. “After hearing business owners and managers tell us over and over that there had to be a better way,” says Kevin O’Reilly, President and Co-founder, “we decided to make one.”
